Mutual Vision (MV) are delighted to announce the appointment of a new team of independent Non-Executive Directors to the MV Board – Stephen Mitcham, Sarah Pierman, and Kevin Mountford. They will be working closely with the newly appointed Executive Directors to implement MV’s unique and disruptive new business strategy to become the Digital Mutual, positioning MV as the natural provider of the digital platform and ecosystem for the sector.

Having worked previously on internal IT projects for a large retail and commercial bank with a mutual ethos, the excitement of joining a company with a similar ethos within the FinTech sector was a big pull. The opportunity to manage both internal and external implementation projects, and to work directly with client project teams, made joining MV an exciting decision. Since starting in February 2019, I’ve been part of the company’s significant growth and transformation.

To say it’s been a challenging few months for banks and building societies would be an understatement, but despite the adverse circumstances, we’ve been incredibly proud to see our clients adapt to their customers’ needs and respond quickly to a rapidly changing landscape.

MV Appoints Alison Halsall as Chief Financial Officer to help drive business transformation strategy. Alison qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has spent the last 14 years working for United Utilities in roles ranging from audit to financial and management reporting to business partnering.
