With a dedicated Digital Mutual programme running throughout the BSA Conference 2019, Mutual Vision’s presence at the conference this year is especially fitting. The event, held over 23rd and 24th May, is the must-attend event in the mutual calendar for organisations who support building societies. This year, we are focusing on celebrating our alignment with the Mutual sector through shared values and our unique ownership structure with our 1MV initiative.

The MV Accreditation Path has been developed by the MV Professional Services team to help customers gain and maintain expertise in the use of Mutual Vision products. The program includes hands-on group sessions, webinars, and bespoke training, covering all aspects of the software, including ProVision Core, Online Banking, and Broker. Aimed at front-line staff, managers, and users, the training ensures participants become fully proficient in applying Mutual Vision technology to their business processes.

Team MV got stuck into the fundraising with a cake sale, golf putting challenge, pub-style quiz, and a best joke competition, all while having a great time. The event included a cupcake sweepstake and offered wine, sweets, and chocolates for all the winners. The team raised over £100, knowing it will go a long way to help an amazing cause.

Mutual Vision welcomes Neil Foley, Operations Director who joined us in February. Neil’s focus will be on improvement and best practice within the operations team. In his new role Neil will oversee the delivery of all projects, technical services, service management, customer account management and the delivery and development of professional services.
