New CTO to help customers realise their full potential

Mutual Vision’s new CTO will draw on his expansive experience to help customers realise their full potential using digital

Mutual Vision welcome Lawrence Lilley who joined us as Chief Technology Officer in June. Lawrence will be leading the technical and development teams, responsible for directing the technological architecture and constructing an effective software development operation.

Lawrence is a software engineer by training and has spent his working life creating and improving business effectiveness though the use of digital technologies. Spending 16 years as an independent consultant working in a variety of sectors such as fintech, insurance, travel and education. On moving into IT business management, he has transformed and built high performance software development teams and companies, both large and small. He brings with him a wealth of experience across product development, project management, enterprise architecture, agile software and test engineering, and devops.

Speaking about joining Mutual Vision, Lawrence said: “I am passionate about using digital to provide solutions to business problems and to enable outcomes necessary for an organisation to realise it’s business strategy. Mutual Vision has great products and an innovative and solid customer base. I’m here to help optimise the present and design for the future. Digital transformation in the financial industry is in full swing and Mutual Vision is well placed to take advantage of digital technologies though its mutual ethos and its great relationships with its customers.”

Lawrence continued: “I want to create an environment where smart people can deliver tangible digital benefit to Mutual Vision’s customers. I intend to leverage both the rich heritage of the Mutual Vision software, along with introducing advanced technologies to continue to add business value.”
