The MV Accreditation Path has been developed by the newly formed MV Professional Services team whose main focus is helping customers gain and maintain skills and expertise in the use of Mutual Vision products. The MV Accreditation Path will cover all aspects of the Mutual Vision software including ProVision Core, Online Banking and Broker.

Training will include hands-on group training sessions, an extensive webinar programme and bespoke training sessions. All sessions will be based on both general and individual activities, enabling users to become fully conversant with how Mutual Vision technology can be applied to specific business processes.

Andy Charleston, Business Services Managers and leader of the MV Professional Services team said: “It is our ambition is to harness the mutual ethos to implement mutually beneficial efficiencies through structured and more readily available knowledge services and resources. We want to provide training and supporting information focussed on helping customers to make best use of existing and new functionality.”

The Accreditation Path is aimed at front line staff, managers and users and with a comprehensive syllabus it aims to address all current user issues and known skills shortfalls. Sessions will comprise both general and specific individual activities enabling attendees of the sessions to become fully conversant in the use of Mutual Vision products.

Andy Continues: “As well as streamlining internal processes, the launch of the MV Accreditation Path provides a much needed link between what customers want and what the organisation can offer. This skills boost will help users deliver a higher level of performance and improve employee and customer engagement.”

The real bonus is that the training doesn’t stop at the end of the session. The professional services team can provide a post training implementation support plan which ensures that the new skills and knowledge can be applied ‘on the ground’ so that the benefit of the training is realised throughout the whole organisation.

The first session has been scheduled for May 9th and is a must for any new users or those in need of a refresh.
