Head of Professional Services Louise Watt conducted MV’s first remote training course with two new front-line staff at Buckinghamshire Building Society. The new recruits took part in the Core Competencies session, the first step on the MV Accreditation Pathway launched in May 2019, developed to help customers gain and maintain expertise in the use of Mutual Vision products.

MV have passed our latest ISO 27001 audit with flying colours, demonstrating the completeness and accuracy of our information security management system (ISMS). Achieving ISO27001 status in 2016, MV continues to ensure the highest level of data security, and the recent successful audit, conducted during our remote working transition, underscores our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our information security management.

Mutual Vision Professional Services are hosting their first regulatory review of 2020 in March. The regulatory landscape is constantly evolving, and as part of our commitment to supporting our customers achieve and maintain regulatory compliance, we have selected diverse topics for discussion, including changes to loans regulatory reporting, climate change risk monitoring, the Breathing Space scheme, and Child Trust Fund maturity impacts.
