Last week was a busy one at Mutual Vision, which saw us host four customer events across two days in Manchester. As always, we had a great turnout from our customers who were looking to engage and collaborate in our open forums. The events featured strategic engagement, product discussions, and new service launches, including MV Professional Services, and provided valuable insights into the future of our services.

We have designed MV Professional Services around two distinct areas we know are important to our customer base – operational resilience and business transformation with both including training and accreditations in the use of MV products. Of course, these are services MV has always offered, but we are now formalising the support provided to enable our customer to realise true business benefit and improve performance.

Mutual Vision welcomes Shaun Smith-Taylor as Chief Product Officer. Shaun will be focusing on defining the product strategy and roadmap for the ProVision digital platform and developing the ecosystem of complementary solutions and technologies to deliver enhanced value to our customers. Shaun brings 15 years of product leadership experience in the UK banking and fintech sector.

Witnessing the resounding success for the Building Society sector at the recent Mortgage Finance Gazette was a fabulous sight to behold. The sector continues to dominate, thanks to their innovative mortgage products, intimate relationships with members, and their commitment to a value-driven ethical business approach. We congratulate the whole sector and are proud to see our customers receive the recognition they deserve.

Mutual Vision (MV) welcome Andy Atkinson, who joined us as Business Development Director at the start of November to head up business development and account management. Andy will be responsible for promoting our strategy of providing a Digital Platform and Ecosystem for the Financial Services sector and positioning MV as the Strategic Technology Partner for our customers.

The 14th of September deadline for PSD2 Secure Customer Authentication (SCA) has now passed, and Mutual Vision (MV) are proud to report that we met this regulatory deadline, despite the extension granted for some. MV has consistently led the way in regulatory compliance, and our approach to PSD2 was no different. Customers can rely on us to meet deadlines and ensure they remain compliant and secure.
