MV work with Bucks Building Society
Head of Professional Services Louise Watt conducted MV’s first remote training course with two new front-line staff at Buckinghamshire Building Society. The new recruits took part in the Core Competencies session which is the first step on the MV Accreditation Pathway launched in May 2019.
The MV Accreditation Path has been developed by the newly formed MV Professional Services team whose main focus is helping customers gain and maintain skills and expertise in the use of Mutual Vision products. The MV Accreditation Path covers all aspects of the Mutual Vision software including ProVision Core, Online Banking and Broker.
Louise Watt said: “As we continue through this unprecedented time, we and our customers are finding new and inventive ways to support business projects. Our friends at Buckinghamshire Building Society had recently recruited two new members of staff and we were delighted to offer remote ProVision Accreditation training for them to support their induction”
Tim Vigeon, Head of Lending at Buckinghamshire Building Society said: “Even though our new members of staff have joined us in unusual circumstances, we are providing excellent remote support to their induction. Mutual Vision have provided valuable remote training on our core banking system so that they can begin to support our business and our customers quickly and efficiently as we continue in our new working environment.”
Tim also gathered feedback from his new team members who said: “We found the training insightful and very helpful as we had not used ProVision before and are new to Financial Services. This has helped us to understand how the Society’s core mortgage processing system works so we can now start to undertake mortgage processing. Thank you to Louise and her colleagues for providing this training.”
