Mutual Vision appoint Executive Directors

Mutual Vision (MV) announce the appointment of two Executive Directors to the MV Board. Following a period of working on an interim basis for the business both as Operations Director and CEO, Rich Wainwright has been appointed as Chief Executive. Lawrence Lilley has been appointed as Executive Director after joining MV as Chief Technology Officer in June 2019.

Rich brings over 30 years’ experience of transforming the performance of businesses through the innovative application of technology and has held Director-level positions in several software and technology businesses. Prior to joining MV, Rich worked at Boeing UK as Chief Information Officer where he ran a large (£1.1Bn) digital and business transformation programme on behalf of a third-party client and established and ran an Information Services business delivering digital transformation projects to third party clients that grew annual revenues to £110m and employed over 500 colleagues.

Lawrence is a software engineer by training and has spent his working life creating and improving business effectiveness through the application of digital technologies. Lawrence spent 16 years as an independent consultant working in a variety of sectors including FinTech, insurance, travel, and education. On moving into IT business management, he has transformed and built high performance software development teams and companies – both large and small. Lawrence brings with him a wealth of experience across product development, project management, enterprise architecture, agile software and test engineering, and DevOps.

On joining the MV Board, Lawrence stated: “I am excited to be appointed as an Executive Director on the MV Board and feel my appointment demonstrates the shareholders’ commitment to delivering MV’s new technology strategy. I’m really looking forward to building the new MV digital platform and ecosystem using the latest Microsoft Azure public cloud technologies that will deliver massive benefit to our customer community.”
