MV has announced their partnership with Leeds based Panintelligence to bring Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics Tools to their customers.  The pi platform provides SaaS business intelligence tools covering reporting, dashboard and predictive analytics. Speaking about the partnership Sara Parker (CPO), at MV, said: “Data analytics is a topic on most board room agendas, so it was important for MV to find a partner who understands the unique requirements of the sector we serve whilst bringing extra capability to increase the power of the Digital Mutual.”

We identify and select FinTech’s in collaboration with members of the Digital Mutual to develop an ecosystem of technology partners and complementary solutions.  Commercial agreements are negotiating by MV offering sector-wide discounts for the benefit of members of the Digital Mutual.

We started the year by deploying major releases of all four of our primary products – ProVision Core, Online Banking, Broker and Integration Hub. I appreciate this created somewhat of a testing bottleneck for our customers but was due to our withholding releases during 2020 to enable our customers to concentrate on managing the effects of the pandemic.

To further enhance the power of the Digital Mutual, MV has announced that WhosOn has joined their evolving ecosystem of technology partners, offering secure live chat to their customers. Manchester Building Society has become the 24th Building Society to join the Digital Mutual and become a part of the Mutual Vision community. MBS and MV have agreed a deal to migrate the Society’s core banking platform for its savings accounts and mortgages from a Sopra Steria system over to MV’s ProVision Core banking system. The migration project is already well underway with a close and collaborative working relationship resulting in excellent progress to date.
