Meet the Team: Louise Nyland

This year we have seen a lot of new faces join our growing team at Mutual Vision, which is why we are excited to introduce you to our new Professional Services Lead, Louise Nyland.

Can you tell us a bit about you, and what brought you to Mutual Vision?

I joined Mutual Vision in November of this year. With nearly 25 years in Financial Services, I have experience working for very large organisations as well as Brokers and Software Providers. I have worked on most financial products and processes over the years but the thing I love most is working with customers. In joining Mutual Vision it has brought me back to a customer facing role in which I can work with our customers to assist them in making the most of their processes and systems which will ultimately help them grow their businesses and support the end customers.

What do you enjoy most about being part of the MV team?

My first month has felt like going back to school! Learning new processes and systems is always daunting but the collaboration between not only my team but the wider MV team and our customers has helped me settle in and has been a really enjoyable part of the journey so far.

What do you get up to in your spare time?

Spare time is at a premium with two young daughters and a five-month old puppy, but if I can get a moments peace, you are likely to find me curled up with a good book and a glass of red.

What are you most looking forward to achieve in your new role?

To continue the great work my predecessor did and help and support our customers to achieve their plans whilst ensuring that my team continues to grow and flourish within MV.
