Robin Yang, Mutual Vision's new Project Manager
We caught up with Robin Yang, Mutual Vision’s new Project Manager to find out more about him and why he’s so excited to be joining MV.
What is your background? Where have you joined us from?
I started my professional journey as a Helpdesk Consultant, where I acquired foundational knowledge in providing 1st and 2nd line support. Subsequently, I transitioned to the role of Configuration Consultant at Pay360, where I collaborated closely with local authorities to develop tailored payment solutions.
Following Pay360, I joined the Professional Services team at Lokulus, initially serving as a 3rd line support specialist before advancing to the role of Delivery Consultant. During my time at Lokulus, a significant milestone was attaining the status of solution expert for a key client, TransUnion. In this capacity, I provided comprehensive support and consultancy on their credit report solution.
Most recently, I had a career change back to Pay360 as a Project Manager. In this position, I managed and delivered payment solutions I once built for the local authorities.
What appealed to you about working with digital banking platforms?
Digital banking platforms appealed to me because of their accessibility, convenience, and innovation to manage finances anytime and anywhere. Finances have always been the key for businesses and individuals and it’s an area I’ve always had an interest in exploring further following my experiences in Payments.
What appealed to you about working at Mutual Vision?
Most of my career experience is based in the FinTech industry, so it makes sense to continue this path and explore further. With Mutual Vision constantly looking to grow and support its clients, I felt my next challenge lies here to make a difference to the business and its customers. Since joining Mutual Vision, everyone has been super supportive with my onboarding and I am very excited to start my next adventure here at MV.
