Mutual Vision launch their new Professional Services offering
We have designed MV Professional Services around two distinct areas we know are important to our customer base – operational resilience and business transformation with both including training and accreditations in the use of MV products. Of course, these are services MV has always offered, but we are now formalising the support provided to enable our customer to realise true business benefit and improve performance.
We have also introduced MV service credits programme. Our customers can take advantage of cost savings by purchasing blocks of credits in advance which can be used against training courses, consultancy and attendance at paid events.
Louise Watt, Head of Professional Services said: “We take the time to listen to our customers and offer advice and provide a support plan based on their future objectives. We see the introduction of service credits as a huge benefit to customers as it enables them to plan and budget for the year ahead based upcoming projects and staffing plans.”
Louise continues: “Another key benefit of MV Professional Services is the horizon scanning and assessment we conduct around the complex financial services regulatory landscape. We work on our customers’ behalf to ensure that we continue to deliver compliant and scalable solution design for regulatory change”
The introduction of MV Professional services offers some pretty clear business benefits:
- A ProVision expert resource for your business
- Engaged knowledgeable staff
- Efficient resilient processes utilising best practice across all our product range
- Increased customer engagement time and an improved customer experience.
- Support for your commitment to continual assessment and improvement
