About us
Mutual Vision (MV) specialise in delivering core banking and consumer focussed digital banking solutions to Building Societies and Challenger Banks.
MV has recently developed an exciting new strategy to transform and grow the business and disrupt the market it serves by creating a Digital Platform / Ecosystem. This entails delivering a range of in-house and third-party products and technologies to its customers and their users as well as developing a community of solution providers.
MV has a unique business model where it is wholly owned by its customers who are keen to invest to drive the business forward. Due to our ownership structure, 100% of our resources are re-invested in growing the business and its products and services.
MV passionately cares about the sector it serves and adopts the same mutual ethos of collaboration and ethical, values driven business conduct of the customers it serves. MV regularly develops and crowd-funds products and solutions in collaboration with its customers, and is keen to further develop innovative ways of working with its customers for mutual benefit.
Who are we looking for?
MV is recruiting Non-Executive Directors (NED’s) to join the Board to provide support and constructive challenge to the Executive team to help the business transition to the new strategy and grow. MV seek to appoint NED’s from a range of backgrounds, with experience spanning the technology, FinTech and/or financial services sectors who can demonstrate a sound understanding of corporate governance and evidence of effective judgement and decision making at a senior level.
Candidates should have the ability to work as an effective member of the Board, building strong collaborative relationships and making a valuable contribution with objectivity and independence. In addition, candidates should be colleague and customer focused and possess a high level of strategic planning, financial acumen and analytical skills.
What do we require from the successful candidate?
This exciting role requires a commitment of approximately 15 days per year for which fees will be paid at an appropriate level.
