A New CEO at Mutual Vision
Richard Wainwright has stepped down as CEO of Mutual Vision and the business will now begin the transition to a new CEO.
We are very grateful to Richard for leading the business over the last three and a half years. He has put a tremendous amount of time and energy into the role and a great deal has been achieved in the business over this period, including the defining of our strategy to re-engineer our Core Banking solution in partnership with Mambu.
We believe we have the right strategy for the business, and there are no other associated changes planned to the strategy or the Mambu partnership.
As a result of the above change, we have now recruited Tim Bowen as the new permanent CEO and he will be starting in November. Tim is currently the CEO of Penrith Building Society. As well as great leadership skills, Tim has strong relationships with our shareholders and the wider building society, banking and fintech market, so we will be well poised to grow the business and gain more influence in the market.
We will discuss the change further at our MV Engage event on October 19th as well as updating all customers to the progress we have made in the business over the last 12 months and the plans into 2024 and beyond.
If you haven’t yet booked on to this event please get in touch with Mike Russell at mrussell@mutualvision.co.uk to find out how.
